Role As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
Cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
Developing a diverse range of skills to grow yourself and others.

Qualifications and Experience
Some high school education
Operational experience preferred
Food Safety certification (may be acquired at own expense)
