Base Pay Range $95,000.00/yr - $113,000.00/yr
To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government. Due to the requirement to have access to US Military controlled programs, U.S. Citizenship required. Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing relationships with government and public sector clients.
Serves as the primary interface between government clients and internal teams (engineering, operations and project management), ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor dates and commitments.
Maintain systems information pertaining to your assigned customers.
Issue and maintains all Sales Orders pertaining to your assigned customers.
Prepares interim and completion project reports.
Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Accountabilities / Scope People Managed: None, Project/Program team members
Decisions: Under minimal supervision, works alone or as part of a team making recommendations and decisions in support of various projects.
Impact of Error: Impact is on major projects aligned with contractual obligations.
Knowledge / Skills
Knowledge of electro/mechanical industry processes
Government Knowledge: familiarity with the government procurement process, including RFPs, GSA schedules, and other contract vehicles.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Effective planning and creative problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges
Self-motivation and detail-oriented, with a sense of urgency
Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems
Knowledge of DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Database, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
Project Management
Computer literate: programs include Power Point, Word, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Citizenship U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
Education / Experience BS in Business Administration and or Technical Degree or equivalent work experience with strong Customer Service experience.
0-5 years’ experience.
