Essential Functions

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance.

Report injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager immediately.

Perform physical and/or administrative tasks involved in all warehouse and distribution activities.

Ensure that product quality standards and requirements are communicated and maintained with the approved subcontract vendor.

Consolidate and issue Purchase Orders for subcontract work to the preferred approved vendor.

Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any purchase‑order cost discrepancies.

Maintain organization of all subcontracts and receiving paperwork; coordinate incoming paperwork from deliveries.

Work with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and strengthen partnerships with key process vendors.

Participate in recurring planning meetings to review department performance and set goals to support business direction.

Report area metrics to Manager and business as assigned.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience

5+ years of general administration experience in a similar field; preference for experience administering labor‑only work.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Experience in truck scheduling and dispatch.

Skills & Qualifications

Associate’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Confident, quick decision‑making abilities.

Positive, energetic personality; self‑motivated and self‑directed.

Strong business acumen and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Ability to mult‑task and work in a team environment; results‑oriented and driven.

Acute attention to detail, highly accountable with proven follow‑up skills.

Physical Demands

Ability to talk, hear, and use hands for operating office equipment; reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision ability: close vision and focus adjustment.

Occasional light work involving movement of objects up to 50 pounds.

Occasional movement between work sites and maintaining a stationary position for prolonged periods.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with multi‑step process production runs on different machines.

High‑value, highly customized components and high‑precision manufacturing for critical service applications.

Noise Level: Moderate to High.
