Project Manager - ePMO Victaulic

Victaulic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This is a hybrid position where you will interact with stakeholders three days a week onsite at our Easton, PA headquarters. You will provide leadership and transparency through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, and benefits are defined and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely convey project schedule and status.

Collaborate with project sponsors and business representatives to define project scope and vision.

Leverage subject matter expertise to drive conversations and influence decisions with Business, Technology, and functional partners.

Plan and drive execution of initiatives in partnership with internal and cross‑functional teams.

Develop detailed project plans and milestones, coordinating with cross-organizational team members (technology, business, vendors, etc.) to determine resource needs.

Control project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and potential issues.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Devise contingency plans to mitigate risk, manage expectations and elevate when necessary.

Track defects during the testing phase, ensure timely fixes, and manage release schedule.

Provide creative and timely solutions to key challenges while motivating project teams.

Build and maintain relationships with business partners and vendors.

Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams across departments to ensure deliverables are tracked and completed on time.

Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to manage progress and keep members informed.

Communicate relevant project information to management, handling difficult and sensitive information tactfully.

Publish status reports for sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring issues and solutions are clear.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Continuously analyze and improve existing project management processes.

Perform additional tasks as assigned through Operational Excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) preferred.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

5+ years of project management experience.

Experience managing complex, large‑scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

Experience managing software projects across various business areas.

Experience implementing cloud‑based software and major system migrations a plus.

Ability to analyze complex business processes, propose solutions, and negotiate compromises.

Strong verbal and written presentation skills.

Team‑oriented, collaborative, and able to lead in a fast‑paced environment.

Independent judgment, prioritization and execution under pressure.

Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel, including overnight travel and occasional overtime.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
