The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. These centers, authorized by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, build the capacities of states and communities to respond to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The Autism Programs at the CDD are filling multiple full-time Admin Assistant 2 positions to be part of a team to support the division. The ideal candidates for these positions should be compassionate and creative with excellent administrative support skills. Responsibilities will include a variety of duties requiring a range of skills and knowledge, such as purchasing supplies and materials with a UNM purchasing card, processing travel reimbursements, scheduling and coordinating meetings, trainings and events, including coordinating travel and lodging arrangements, performing data entry, records management, developing and maintaining datasets, and routine analysis and calculations for the preparation of recurring internal reports. These administrative assistants will support the work efforts of the professional visiting team for any of our programs on a daily basis. High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications

Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and other documents. Data entry, records management, developing and maintaining datasets, and performing routine analysis and calculations for the preparation of recurring internal reports.
