Temp to Hire - Case Management Paralegal (Plaintiff’s Asbestos Litigation)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a
temp to hire
Case Management Paralegal with experience in Plaintiff’s Asbestos Litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases. The ideal candidate will handle cases from inception to trial and primarily support trial attorneys through legal research and writing. Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience in these areas and at least 5 years overall legal experience.
Responsibilities
Review and draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
Create and maintain case files; handle cases from inception to trial.
Maintain attorney and court calendars/dockets.
E‑file documents in state and federal courts (PA and NJ preferred).
Assist and meet with clients, maintaining valued relationships.
Facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficiently.
Participate in fact investigation and negotiate legal disputes.
Adhere to state and federal compliance regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
Recent experience as a Plaintiff’s Litigation Paralegal with expertise in asbestos litigation, toxic tort, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters.
Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certificate, or commensurate experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, case‑management software (e.g., Clio), and legal research engines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Approximate pay for this role is $25 to $35 hourly, based on experience.
