Job Summary: LHH is currently recruiting for an opportunity with a law firm in Nashville. The client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support two litigation attorneys. The position will primarily focus on insurance defense litigation, with some exposure to employment law. It combines core paralegal responsibilities with light administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and court filings Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court dates Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings Conduct legal research using LexisNexis (as needed) Utilize Clio for case management and documentation Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents Provide scheduling and administrative support as needed Requirements; A minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a law firm Strong background in insurance defense litigation; familiarity with employment law is a plus Proficient in litigation calendar management and court filing procedures Experience using Clio and LexisNexis Excellent organizational and communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
