Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to bring our vision to life through exceptional in-person gatherings across Los Angeles. You'll be responsible for sourcing venues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to elegance, education, and empowerment. Key Responsibilities
Source and secure venues appropriate for intimate invite-only gatherings and select networking events Leverage existing vendor relationships for catering, florals, AV, and event services Coordinate all logistics from planning through execution Manage event timelines, budgets, and on-site operations Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency and guest experience excellence Handle guest communications and post-event follow-up Troubleshoot day-of challenges with grace and professionalism Required Qualifications
Established relationships with LA venues and preferred vendors Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Ideal Candidate
You're detail-oriented, well-connected in the LA event scene, and passionate about hosting experiences that matter. You understand the nuances of creating spaces for professional women where meaningful conversations happen. Ready to Apply?
