Job Title
EHS Systems Management - Direct Hire, Fort Worth, TX
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating EHS compliance activities through functional teams.
Focus on Greenhouse Gases annual inventory.
Supervise legal compliance in all areas.
Maintain communication with other department heads.
Administration of management systems (50%).
Follow-up and fulfillment of objectives (10%).
Review and compliance with legal requirements (10%).
Systems documentation updating (10%).
Follow-up of the Annual Plan of Internal and External Audits (10%).
Review and follow-up of compliance with Customer's requirements (10%).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of knowledge of USA legal requirements.
Minimum 3 years of Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor Certificate.
Experience leading EHS function.
Experience with ISO management systems (14064, 14001, 45001, 50001, 9001, QC08001) and RBA.
Knowledge of Greenhouse Gases initiatives.
English and Mandarin bilingual preferred.
Working Conditions
Absolute reduction of greenhouse gases and renewable electricity usage.
Intensify electricity consumption and reduce water consumption per unit of revenue.
Compliance with ROHS regulations and RBA certification.
Zero waste to landfill and control incident rate per thousand persons.
Desired Skills and Experience Auditing, EHS system management, certified auditor.
