Position Overview As the Order Management Specialist II, you will be the highest execution‑level processor, ensuring complex orders—including those requiring process definition or oversight—are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires deep expertise across various order types, systems knowledge, and data fluency, with added responsibilities around mentoring and peer support.

Reporting To Manager, Order Management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quote or order processing experience in a hardware/software company or 5+ years of experience without a degree

Solid experience with Salesforce CPQ and exposure to Service Cloud

Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to communicate clearly and concisely to minimize email iterations

Strong analytical skills: comfortable troubleshooting transactions, investigating issues, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending corrective/preventative actions

Present, focused, and driven to provide an exceptional customer experience

Additional Skills

A natural inclination toward continuous improvement

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Role Responsibilities

Process and manage complex and high‑value orders

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and compliance

Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding

Lead or support operational improvement projects

Serve as a key resource for audits and reporting
