As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will diagnose, treat, and manage communication and swallowing disorders across all age groups. Your expertise will cover speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing improvements. The key responsibilities include: Assessment and Diagnosis:

Conduct evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments, observations, and diagnostic tools to determine severity and formulate diagnoses. Treatment Planning and Intervention:

Create personalized treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies to improve various communication and swallowing functions. Therapeutic Interventions:

Implement interventions such as articulation drills, language exercises, voice therapy, fluency techniques, and management protocols, providing personalized feedback to support skill development. Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC):

Assess and implement AAC systems for individuals with severe communication impairments, collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers for optimal solutions. Dysphagia Management:

Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders through assessments, exercises, diet modifications, and rehabilitation techniques to ensure safe swallowing and nutritional intake. Qualifications

Master’s Degree in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Current license/certification in the state of practice Keywords: CCC-SLP, Clinical, Therapy, Language Disorder, Articulation, Aphasia, Swallowing Rehabilitation, Cognitive-Communication, Fluency.
