Scientist
to join the Structural Biology team within Protein Sciences. You’ll use
cryo-electron microscopy (cryoEM)
and biochemical assays to study the molecular mechanisms of large protein complexes involved in
DNA repair . This role offers a chance to contribute to both
basic research
and
drug discovery
in a world-class biotechnology environment. Key Responsibilities
Purify and reconstitute complex proteins for structural and functional studies. Perform
cryoEM sample preparation
and structure determination. Develop and optimize
biochemical and biophysical assays . Collaborate with cross-functional scientists to explore mechanisms of action. Qualifications
BS/MS (3–5 yrs)
or
PhD (0–2 yrs)
in Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or Structural Biology. Experience with
protein purification
and
assay development . Preferred: hands-on
cryoEM
and
mammalian cell assay
