at HH&WC, you ll provide comprehensive occupational and environmental medical services to our community and regional employers helping keep Wyoming s workforce healthy, safe, and strong.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

Up to $391,000, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No weekends. No call.

What You ll Do

Perform pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work physicals

Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses using evidence-based care

Conduct fitness-for-duty and disability assessments

Interpret diagnostics, labs, and medical surveillance data

Maintain thorough and compliant documentation

Advise on workplace accommodations and health policies

Lead prevention and wellness initiatives to reduce injury risk

Collaborate with employers, safety officers, and case managers on return-to-work programs

Stay current on OSHA, DOT, and related regulatory standards

Education / Licensure

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Board Certification or Eligibility in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

Current, unrestricted medical license (Wyoming or eligible for reciprocity)

Current DEA registration

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Preferred Experience

2+ years in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care

Experience with worker s compensation, OSHA compliance, and DOT exams

Familiarity with EMR systems and occupational health recordkeeping

Knowledge of workplace health regulations and safety standards
