Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $391,000, based on experience
Relocation Assistance: We’ll help make your move seamless
Comprehensive Health Coverage: Employer-paid premiums with low deductibles

401(k): 6% employer match
PTO: 6 weeks + 6 holidays + 7 sick days
CME Support: $5,000 annual allowance + 5 CME days
Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered ($1M / $3M)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends, no call)
What You’ll Do
Perform pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work physicals
Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses using evidence-based care
Conduct fitness-for-duty and disability assessments
Interpret diagnostics, labs, and medical surveillance data
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
Advise on workplace accommodations and health policies
Lead prevention and wellness initiatives to reduce injury risk
Collaborate with employers, safety officers, and case managers on return-to-work programs
Stay current on OSHA, DOT, and related regulatory standards
Education / Licensure
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certification or Eligibility in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Current, unrestricted medical license (Wyoming or eligible for reciprocity)
Current DEA registration
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Preferred Experience
2+ years in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care
Experience with workers’ compensation, OSHA compliance, and DOT exams
Familiarity with EMR systems and occupational health recordkeeping
Key Skills & Strengths
Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
Knowledge of workplace health regulations and safety standards
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
