Phlebotomist III Float
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
Job Description
Phlebotomist floaters will shift frequently across patient centers, drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, collecting billing information, coaching new employees, and traveling to additional sites as needed.
Pay
Range: $24.22–$27.86 per hour. Salary includes factors such as experience, training, education, certifications, and may include annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Cover territory in a patient service center or doctor’s office, drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.
Collect specimens per established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
Coach, mentor, instruct, and serve as a resource for new employees; point of contact for staff onsite.
Travel to additional doctor’s office or patient service center sites as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred; phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
Experience:
Five years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections; minimum 3 years in a patient service center (preferred); customer service in retail or service environment preferred; keyboard/data entry experience.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
