Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment and machinery.* Perform utility tasks including cleanup, minor repairs, and assisting with plant operations.* Monitor material flow and ensure product quality meets specifications.* Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns.* Support team operations by following safety protocols and contributing to a productive work environment.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and perform utility tasks safely and efficiently.* Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.* Capability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.* Physical ability to perform tasks in demanding environments.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $18.00 to $28.75 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
