What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment and machinery.
Perform utility tasks including cleanup, minor repairs, and assisting with plant operations.
Monitor material flow and ensure product quality meets specifications.
Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
Support team operations by following safety protocols and contributing to a productive work environment.

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and perform utility tasks safely and efficiently.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Capability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
Physical ability to perform tasks in demanding environments.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$18.00 to $28.75 per hour
