Overview
Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician needed for an in-person position serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in Waldorf, Maryland. 35 hours per week for the school year. Contract start February 2. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy addressing a wide range of needs, including assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and language delays. Perform diagnostic and evaluation testing, create thorough reports, and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives tailored to student needs. Collaborate with students who have moderate to severe disabilities and communicate with families and educational team members to monitor developmental progress and support goals. Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician Experience supporting K-12 students, with comfort working with moderate to severe disabilities Skilled in diagnostic testing, report writing, and IEP development Ability to engage effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams Must be available for full-time, in-person work beginning February 2 Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from $35.22 to $55.22 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of healthcare benefits plan are available.
