Schedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift | 7:30am-4pm

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Shop Foreman ready to lead from the front, share expertise, and help build a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Scheduling, assigning, and supervising mechanic work orders.
Inspecting and testing completed jobs for quality and safety.
Training and mentoring team members to improve technical and safety performance.
Monitoring tool and part inventories and coordinating with the Parts Manager.
Assisting with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs.
Investigating safety incidents and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Communicating with management to ensure accurate billing and workflow tracking.

Qualifications
4–6 years of mechanical and supervisory experience in a shop environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair engines, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of safety practices and maintenance procedures.
High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred).
Valid driver’s license; A/C certification a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
Musts
Hands‑on leader with a “get it done” attitude.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy repair shop.
Comfortable working with and mentoring a team.
