Speech Language Pathologist – Staten Island, NY
Achieve Beyond is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in a collaborative team environment. The role supports evaluations and ongoing services across homes, community, and clinic settings within the New York metropolitan area.
Base Pay Range $66.00/hr – $120.00/hr
Job Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement.
Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
Implement individualized therapy plans, address goals, and document progress.
Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Qualifications
NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Passion for working with children and families.
Self‑motivated, team player with patience and professionalism.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Travel to assigned cases via personal vehicle, public transportation, or walking.
Ability to ascend/descend staircases, lift up to 10 lbs, sit on the floor, kneel, or crawl for extended periods.
