Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC or CFY credentials, or relevant licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Experience working in school-based settings is highly preferred Teletherapy experience is advantageous but not mandatory Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language assessment and intervention techniques Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Primary Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student\'s needs Implement therapy sessions either in-person or through teletherapy platforms, ensuring engaging and effective intervention Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to school policies and professional standards Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities as required Benefits
