Responsibilities

Develop and refine product formulations to meet customer specifications and maintain consistent quality standards

Document technical findings through reports, manage data in ERP systems, and support ISO compliance efforts

Collaborate with suppliers and train lab personnel while evaluating raw materials and ensuring smooth lab operations

Support operational tasks including customer visits, hazardous waste handling, and proper labeling in accordance with safety protocols

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field

Background in energy‑curable coatings, inks, or adhesives (radiation cure technology)
