Estimated annual base pay: $26.44 minimum – $34.62 midpoint – $42.31 maximum

Key Responsibilities

Execute analytical processes: performs defined scientific and operational procedures to support engineering initiatives

Apply technical expertise: utilizes broadened technical skills to conduct complex analyses and ensure project precision

Collaborate with engineering team: works effectively within the team and with other departments to achieve collective objectives

Manage project workload: organizes and prioritizes tasks to efficiently handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision

Resolve operational issues: identifies and addresses typical technical problems using established procedures and methods

Key Skills

Mechanical design: proficient in creating and modifying mechanical components and systems using CAD software

Analytical thinking: capable of evaluating complex problems and developing effective solutions using scientific methods

Technical documentation: skilled in preparing detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for engineering projects

Process optimization: experienced in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Team collaboration: effective in working within a team, coordinating with colleagues to achieve common objectives

Problem solving: adept at recognizing typical operational issues and applying established procedures to resolve them

Time management: efficiently manages workload to meet project deadlines and deliverables

Communication: proficient in conveying moderately complex technical information to team members

Data analysis: skilled in analyzing engineering data to inform decision making and project development

Quality assurance: ensures the quality and accuracy of engineering work to maintain high team standards

Additional Requirements Moderate physical activity requires agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Some product lines have heavier lifting requirements. Ability to stand for entire shift. Work performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass near‑vision and/or color vision examinations.

Successful Candidates Typically Have

Experience performing assembly and testing of fuel system components in an aerospace industry

Proficiency in fabrication techniques

Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities

A&P license

This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
