Rock Cut Campus, 2nd shift, Loves Park, IL. Key Responsibilities

Operations: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and equipment. Flexes and supports the full product line in various processes/capacities. Process: Observes and records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality. Accurately logs daily operations and resolves or escalates concerns. Follows standard operating procedures. Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records; maintains data per operating standards. Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles; maintains clean, organized workstations and properly stores tools, materials, and equipment. Safety Mindset: Adheres to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements; maintains awareness of self and surroundings to promote a safe working environment. Key Skills

Technical Capability: Understands and follows basic technical instructions and SOPs. Critical Thinking: Identifies gaps to standard and resolves or escalates per procedures. Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems; uses hand tools and basic equipment safely; may perform basic setups. Team Communication: Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors; adheres to Woodward\'s Core Values. Time Management: Manages time to complete tasks within schedules. Lean Mindset: Follows lean practices (e.g., 5S) and participates in continuous improvement. Production Systems: Understands standardized work and participates in daily management. Computer Skills: Uses basic software (email, spreadsheets, data entry) to complete tasks. Attention to Detail: Ensures precision and quality; follows instructions and checks work. Collaboration: Works well with teammates and accepts feedback. Additional Information

Moderate physical activity including walking, standing, bending, and lifting or moving objects. May require passing Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations. ITAR/EAR notes apply; U.S. Persons or those eligible to obtain required authorizations are needed. What We Are Looking For

Level I

Previous machining, assembly or test experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude is highly beneficial Level II
