Adolescents Substance Use Disorder Site Supervisor (LADC)

As a Substance Use Disorder Site Supervisor you lead a low intensity 1.0 group; and supervise substance use disorder services at our Rochester, Mankato, and Hutchinson outpatient clinics.
Responsibilities
Lead a low intensity 1.0 group and supervise SUD services at multiple outpatient clinics (Rochester, Mankato, and Hutchinson).
Work hand in hand with peer support recovery specialists, Suboxone providers and medication management, ARMHS professionals, CTSS professionals, DBT therapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, LMFTs, LICSWs and LPCCs.
Primarily involve group and individual sessions, maintaining compliant client records, some intakes and assessments, clinical consult meetings and staff meetings.
Maintain knowledge of and compliance with NAL 245G SUD Program Policy and Procedure Manual.
Ensure compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) 245G Statutes.
Ensure staff use the DSM-5 to diagnose clients.
Conduct and document regular individual clinical supervision meetings with each supervisee, providing ongoing feedback on performance and development.
In conjunction with the Quality Assurance Department, conduct regular chart audits based on 245G documentation standards to maintain timely documentation, clinical thoroughness and accurate billing.
Ensure staff are billing timely and accurately.
Utilize and enforce employee interventions and disciplinary measures when needed, including friendly visits, verbal/written warnings, and performance improvement plans (PIP) with documentation.
Lead Weekly SUD Clinical Case Consultation Meetings and ensure proper documentation.
Provide general clinical and program oversight. Manage day-to-day operations. Assist SUD Management in oversight and monitoring of:
Program census: monitor each counselor’s caseload size.
Group capacity: ensure each group reaches 16 client capacity.
Client retention: ratio of scheduled clients versus attending clients and counselor’s ability to maintain clients ongoing.
Client re-engagement: ensure counselors re-engage clients who discontinue services unexpectedly.
Provider productivity: ensure staff achieve 65% direct service time (26 hours of client face-to-face time weekly).
Provide coverage or arrange coverage for absent LADCs to facilitate SUD Groups or to conduct SUD Evaluations, SUD Orientations, SUD Individuals; provide coverage in emergent situations.
Requirements
Must be licensed as a Drug & Alcohol Counselor; License must be active and unrestricted.
3+ years experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use disorder.
Ability to lead, supervise, and manage staff.
