Batch Plant Operator

Operate and monitor equipment used in polymer production. Follow plant procedures and instructions from Leads and Managers. Add and weigh raw materials accurately based on batch requirements. Record operating data and enter information into our systems. Sample and test product according to quality procedures. Load finished product into bulk tankers, totes, and drums. Assist in routine maintenance preparation. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines. Participate in company training and development programs. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or chemical processing preferred, but not required. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime. Good mechanical aptitude is a plus. What We Offer
