Position: Part-Time Maintenance Specialist FLSA Status: Part-Time/Hourly Department: Maintenance Job Status: 15 - 20 hrs./week Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm Salary: $15.00 per hour Reports To: Director of Security, Housing, and Maintenance Location: 601 E. College Drive, Winnebago, NE 68071 Purpose of Position
The part-time Maintenance Specialist will assist in performing general cleaning duties, safety, and essential functions to ensure the facilities, employees, and students are in a safe, secure, and orderly environment of the Louis LaRose Memorial Building (Science Building). Work is completed as requested by the Director of Security, Housing, and Maintenance. The role supports daily cleaning tasks and aligns with the maintenance department and College mission. Job Responsibilities
Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building. Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, common areas, kitchen, classrooms, conference room, and offices. Water flowers and pick up trash. Assists in examining the building for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to the Director of Maintenance, Security, and Housing. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to interact with staff, students, and visitors in a professional, polite, and courteous manner. High school diploma or equivalent required. Travel

This is a 100% on-site position. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background screen. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have a valid driver’s license without restrictions and must be insurable. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. How To Apply
