Position Purpose Flexcraft is seeking a skilled and driven
Process Engineer
to join our team at our
new, state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX . This role is critical in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement across blow molding and injection molding operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead process optimization efforts to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase productivity.
Support production teams during machine setup, startup, and process monitoring.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production on product and process development.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians; lead pre-shift meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Key Performance Metrics
Reject % and Downtime % by Work Order
On-Time Setups/Startups
Customer RMAs
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience
Experience with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, lean manufacturing, 5S, and root cause analysis.
Strong technical expertise in plastic processing and equipment troubleshooting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in blow molding and/or injection molding.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with IQMS or similar MRP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, thermometers).
Essential Soft Skills
Strong work ethic and critical thinking.
Flexible and proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to support urgent issues outside immediate scope.
Commitment to professional development.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, SOPs, and manuals.
Ability to present information clearly to managers, peers, and production teams.
