Position Purpose

Process Engineer

who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and optimizing Injection stretch blow molding processes. If you’re passionate about precision, performance, and continuous improvement—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Engineer and refine blow molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions.

Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines.

Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives.

Be the go-to expert for injection stretch blow molding technology and process optimization.

What You Bring:

5+ years of hands‑on experience in

injection stretch

blow molding .

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related).

Expertise in equipment

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE.

A passion for innovation and a drive to improve every day.
