The Installer I is responsible for basic window and door installation on a single jobsite, ensuring safe work practices and OSHA compliance while delivering homeowner delight. Responsibilities
Prepare the jobsite for setup and tear down, ensuring work can be performed efficiently and safely. Assess the jobsite for hazards before commencing work and address hazards as needed. Maintain productivity expectations consistently. Collaborate with other installers on the project to maximize efficiencies. Assist in delivering homeowner delight. Ensure jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed, including PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements. Pull tools, inspect, and stage all product types on the job as needed. Complete a daily tool audit. Set up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, and other protections. Demonstrate responsible attendance and punctuality. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide general warehouse support. Support minor service calls as needed. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license with ability to pass a fleet check. Basic construction techniques. Basic understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices. Safety knowledge of all equipment. Proper usage and understanding of PPE. Skills and Competencies
Responsible attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude. Clear communication. Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities, and stock levels. Basic math skills. Ability to read a tape measure. Initiative; ability to work independently. Flexibility; willingness to work variable schedules. Ability to lift up to 83 pounds. Consistently provides flawless first‑time window and door installation. Salary Information
Successful candidates are expected to earn $18.48–27.72 hourly plus incentives. Compensation is based on experience, education, location, certifications, and other factors. Benefits
