Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily Trail Lodge Job Description Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, timely service, and personal attention to our residents. The Supervisor responds to resident service requests and helps deliver superior customer service. Essential Job Duties
Prepares all market‑ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping to ensure a quality product to our residents. Completes resident service requests in a timely manner. Applies knowledge of maintenance functions—including plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, general carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, and snow removal—and schedules preventative maintenance. Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks, keeping them clean, free of trash and debris, and free of safety hazards. Performs on‑call emergency procedures as required. Reports maintenance issues affecting the budget such as life‑safety concerns, vacant repairs, property damage, and common‑area needs to the manager. Records scheduled preventative maintenance activities. Ensures knowledge of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems related to maintenance. Attends and participates in training programs required by Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions. Provides superior customer service and represents the company professionally at all times. Competencies
Must be able to work any shift Sunday–Saturday to support the company's business needs. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties. Ability to perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and prepare and interpret bar graphs. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Hold required certifications: CPO if required, EPA 608 Type II minimum. Follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures. Important Education
High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school. Important Experience
3+ years of related experience. EPA 608 Type II (or CPO, or local city required certificate). Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Regularly required to travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical Demands
The employee may need to stand and walk for extended periods, ascend and descend stairs or ladders, travel between buildings, remain stationary for 85% of the time, operate office machinery, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Travel up to 10% of the time may be required. Other Duties
