You will work independently and collaboratively with a cross‑functional team including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing to design, support, and manufacture commercial HVAC equipment. Design, analyze, and optimize commercial HVAC systems and components related to assembly, operation, and performance. Support production, sales, applications, and field support teams throughout the product lifecycle. Engage with critical/high‑priority engineering projects, conduct product testing, troubleshoot, and implement changes. Analyze custom requests and develop unique solutions for customers. Collaborate with suppliers/vendors on the design of new and alternative components. Initiate continuous improvements for products, systems, and methods to enhance performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. Analyze test results and implement appropriate changes to ensure compliance with technical and functional requirements. Work with sales, production, and other engineering staff to create and maintain sales documentation. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to all internal and external customers. Maintain a working understanding of applicable industry standards (ASHRAE, AHRI, ANSI, etc.). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Strong hands‑on mechanical aptitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Equal Opportunity Employer
