Superintendent – Luxury High-Rise Construction

$90,000–$130,000 base DOE Schedule: Full-time | Onsite (project-based, South Florida region)
About the Opportunity MGM Construction Group is a rapidly growing South Florida-based general contractor specializing in luxury high-rise, mixed-use, and commercial projects. With two new towers underway and a growing pipeline of 20–40 story developments, MGM has become one of the region’s most promising emerging players in the high-rise market.
The Superintendent plays a key leadership role in daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to MGM’s quality standards. This is a chance to lead skyline-defining work while contributing to a company known for its collaborative, people-first culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all on-site construction activities for high-rise or large-scale commercial projects
Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and field crews on day-to-day operations
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient jobsite execution
Oversee structural, MEP, façade, and finishing trades from foundation through turnover
Maintain safety compliance, quality control, and cleanliness on-site
Develop and manage short-interval schedules and milestone tracking
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and leadership on field planning and progress
Participate in OAC and subcontractor meetings to resolve conflicts and drive solutions
Represent MGM during client and consultant site visits and mentor junior staff
What They’re Looking For
10+ years of field supervision or site management experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial construction
Proven success managing 20+ story concrete structures from ground-up to completion
Deep technical understanding across concrete, MEP, façade, and finishes
Strong scheduling, safety, and quality control acumen
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar tools)
OSHA 30 certification (required); bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Strong communication and leadership presence with clients and field teams
