Lead all site operations from foundation to closing. Manage schedules, budgets, and safety for assigned projects. Ensure the highest quality and an exceptional homeowner experience. Mentor and develop field staff and trade partners. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Project Leadership: Oversee all daily operations on assigned residential construction sites. Schedule & Cost Control: Develop, manage, and maintain accurate construction schedules, focusing on cycle time reduction and budget adherence. Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate trade partners to achieve schedule milestones and uphold our quality standards. Quality & Safety: Conduct daily quality inspections and enforce adherence to plans/specs. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA/MOSHA safety regulations. Homeowner Experience: Conduct critical customer meetings (pre‑construction, pre‑drywall, pre‑settlement) to build trust and ensure seamless closings. Technology: Utilize Pro Soft construction management software for scheduling, cost control, inspections, and reporting. Process & Quality Improvement: Actively recommend and implement product, design, and process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives. Team Development: Mentor, develop, and conduct performance reviews for field personnel under direct supervision. Permitting & Compliance: Ensure homes are built to site plans, obtain necessary Use & Occupancy Certificates (U&O), and facilitate the final documentation for settlement. What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

5+ years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent or Field Manager in residential homebuilding. Strong knowledge of the entire homebuilding process, from permitting to final closing. Expertise in residential scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost control. Proficiency with construction management software (Pro Soft or similar). Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Excellent leadership, organizational, and accountability skills. Exceptional communication skills with homeowners, trade partners, and internal colleagues. Accountability & follow‑through. Physical Demands / Work Environment

Regular on‑site presence at construction sites. Work performed outdoors in variable weather conditions with moderate noise levels. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ready to partner with a trusted Maryland builder? Apply below!
