Occupational Therapy Assistant - Golden Hill
Base pay range: $39.00/hr - $44.00/hr Golden Hill Post Acute - San Diego, CA Help us build something great in San Diego as a dedicated COTA. We are seeking PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants for our in-house rehab program at Golden Hill Post Acute in San Diego, CA. We offer a stable in-house therapy team and programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. Duties Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Report treatment outcomes/ effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable. Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.
