Responsibilities
Create and maintain monthly production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into executable production orders for internal and external manufacturing partners. Monitor schedule adherence, proactively addressing risks such as material shortages, capacity bottlenecks, or quality issues. Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Align production plans with capacity, labor, and equipment availability at local office and partner sites. Create, release, and maintain production work orders and purchase orders in ERP (NetSuite) to ensure accuracy and visibility. Track and report on production KPIs including schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering). Familiarity with electrical infrastructure manufacturing or industries with custom, project-based production is a plus. Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems. Certification in Supply Chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus. Benefits
