We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to arrange vehicle financing options, sell aftermarket products, meet dealership sales goals, and more at our Used Car Supercenter. Proven success as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting and a stable work history is required.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities – Auto Finance Manager
Arrange vehicle financing options, sell aftermarket products, meet dealership sales goals, and more.
Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that align with inventory goals, including optimizing used car turn rates to ensure a balanced and profitable inventory.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
Perform at industry standards for insurance product sales.
Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our clients.
Process loan, tag, title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently.
Maintain great lender relationships.
Assist client advisors in closing automotive transactions.
Perform daily follow‑up on active and prior customers.
Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Engage in business development for referrals and repeat business.
Requirements – Auto Finance Manager
Automotive Finance Manager experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
Excels at time‑management.
Experience in state law requirements including registration, tag, tax, and title paperwork.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
