Project Planning & Delivery Design thorough project plans covering scope, scheduling, budget management, resource needs, and risk strategies Build and update detailed timelines using critical path methods and dependency analysis Align efforts across different functional groups to meet project goals Track performance against plans and take corrective measures when required Deliver projects successfully within defined scope, schedule, and cost parameters Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners Hold routine progress meetings and produce reports for executives Balance competing priorities while addressing interdepartmental challenges Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels Provide leadership with clear and concise project updates Proactively recognize, evaluate, and address risks and interdependencies Establish backup and recovery strategies for critical project elements Guide project teams through influence and collaboration rather than direct authority Organize and lead cross-functional workshops and decision-making forums Support the growth and development of team members through mentorship Encourage collaboration across varied teams, backgrounds, and cultures Promote accountability and responsibility within the project team Seniority level
