This position will project manage land acquisition projects (typically substation property and transmission line right-of-way). Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of project management principles, decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving; Project related work experience; Risk management; Leadership; Proven collaborative team member. Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from a four-year college or university. PMI (PMP or CAPM) certification; Working knowledge to proficiency in project related scheduling and cost controls; Experience in electric utility industry. Knowledge in real estate acquisition and siting. Knowledge of county code requirements and permitting. Details

Full time, 40 hours/week. Hybrid role with 3 days/week in office required. Day travel to sites may be required; company personal vehicle will be driven with mileage reimbursed. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidate background could include real estate, siting, or permitting experience. Seniority level
