Job Opportunity: Deputy Program Manager I (DPM I) at Red Peak Technical Services, LLC
Red Peak Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq LLC, has a potential future opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager I (DPM I) in Blackstone, VA. The DPM I will assist the FASTC PM in managing contractor processes to ensure performance under the contract and subordinate task orders. The DPM will report directly to the PM and coordinate with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitors (GTM) as assigned. The DPM will serve as the principal interface between the PM and the contractor/PMO. This opportunity is contingent upon the award of a contract, which is subject to a signed letter of intent. If awarded, a subsequent job posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the backup point of contact for all contractor functions related to contract performance. Act on behalf of the PM during absences. Maintain weekly employee roster and status reports, tracking CLINS, new hires, vacancies, resignations, terminations, and other critical data. Coordinate billing for travel and miscellaneous contract expenses. Organize and produce contract deliverables for review and submission. Plan and oversee professional development training. Support the development and implementation of new policies. Coordinate HR issues, including leave, pay, and other personnel support. Assist in recruiting, including conducting pre-screen interviews. Perform data analytics to identify trends and emergent issues. Collaborate with contractor employees to analyze ongoing needs. Assist in corporate budgeting and contract reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience. At least 2 years’ experience supporting a government contract as a DPM or Management Analyst. Security Clearance: Secret. Experience in staffing and recruiting for government contracts. Experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government contract requirements. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Compensation:
Annual salary range: $105,650 to $132,417.
