is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Multi-Pak by effectively executing the Shipping and Receiving functions of the

Warehouse . Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Logistics Manager is responsible and has commensurate authority for the following: Responsibilities

Managing the receiving and scheduling of components into the Chapin and Clinton warehouses. Assisting in the receiving of all materials shipped to Multi-Pak and ensuring the appropriate receiving documentation (receiving logbook) is completed. Responsible for the scheduling of finished goods shipments for Multi-Pak and ensuring all shipments planned for the month are scheduled and picked up before the end of the month. Accurately creating and completing the shipping documents for all shipments. Creating and communicating the Receiving and Shipping schedule with Warehouse, Procurement, and Production personnel. Ensuring the tracking of all transfers between the Clinton and Chapin warehouses. Daily updating of the Multi-Pak Shipping Tracker. Complying with all SOPs and cGMPs. Objectives

Receiving and Shipping functions are conducted efficiently, in a timely manner and according to all SOPs and cGMPs. Accurate and on-time shipments are made. Accurate shipping and receiving records are maintained. Shipping and Receiving problems are identified and communicated in a timely manner to ensure that appropriate action can be taken by management to correct the problem. The main objective of this job is to ship the planned customer orders for the month correctly and on time. Essential Functions

Communicate and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities with all internal departments. Assist in all inventory counts as directed by the CEO. Direct reports are properly trained and developed. Qualification Requirements

Minimally high school degree with some college or coursework tied to the supply chain function. Actual 5+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving and/or inventory management of a well-managed manufacturing company is a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus (English-Spanish). Reporting Relationship

Manager: CEO Managerial Responsibility: Logistics Specialist Physical/Mental Demands

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 45 pounds on occasion. Must be able to remain in the stationary position for up to 50% of the time. Must be able to walk or stand up to 90% of the time. The person in this position is sometimes required to function in narrow aisles or passageways while walking throughout the warehouse area. The person in this position will need to occasionally kneel, climb, crawl, and/or reach to complete their job duties. Salary Range: $85,000 - $92,000
