Multi-unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry 2+ years as a Tax Professional Your Expertise
Prior experience in customer service/shift leader or similar role Experience supervising or managing people Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns) Annual continuing education; meet IRS and state requirements Proficient with MS Office; able to work independently; customer-centric mindset Flexible schedule High school diploma or higher Benefits and culture
