Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to
This 2-year fellowship provides a unique opportunity to drive identification and evaluation of global BD&L opportunities, optimize early-stage asset screening, and apply scientific and commercial expertise to strengthen the R&D pipeline. Fellows will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support licensing activities, and build strategic relationships with external innovators, academic institutions, and venture capital partners . The Fellow will gain
hands-on experience in business development and licensing, sharpen skills in scientific evaluation, data-driven decision making, portfolio assessment, and develop expertise in oncology and radiology opportunities. In addition, they will strengthen cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills while building a deep understanding of global R&D and commercialization strategies.
University Experiences University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. Initial offers will not be made until December 12th, the AIFA (Alliance of Industry Fellowship Associates) consensus date for first offers. Once all interviews have been completed, RPIF or the company will notify interviewed candidates of their position-specific candidacy status.
