Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications. Provide strategic oversight and operational execution of all maintenance activities. Ensure safety of assets, reliability, and efficiency of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Lead the maintenance team, develop and implement maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Partner with the EHS team to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA). Serve as safety advocate and cultivate a safety-first culture. Conduct safety inspections and facilitate training to identify, prevent, and correct unsafe conditions and practices. Support and maintain Job Safety Analysis (JSA), SOPs, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) databases; update SOPs/JSAs for capital changes and lead key safety programs like LOTO. Foster continuous improvement across the maintenance team (5S, lean principles, kaizen). Set objectives, allocate resources, and motivate the team to adopt changes. Develop talent within the maintenance team, including performance management, succession planning, and development plans. Lead and mentor a One Team maintenance organization and manage daily operations through Planners, Schedulers, and Supervisors to optimize machine availability and costs. Develop and maintain the plant’s maintenance workflow (identification, planning, scheduling, execution, documentation) and monitor maintenance KPIs. Provide direction for the plant’s overall maintenance strategy and drive proactive maintenance and asset reliability as a business initiative. Oversee storeroom inventory and spare parts processes; identify critical spares and manage inventory including kitting. Support root cause analysis for downtime events and implement permanent corrective actions using continuous improvement methods and the GAF network. Assist with annual capital planning and outage planning, prioritization, and execution; schedule and assign work orders and tasks. Develop and manage the Maintenance budget and forecast, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements; perform NFPA 70E tasks as required. Utilize CMMS for maintenance processes and apply data analytics to monitor and improve performance. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Qualifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or maintenance discipline with 2+ years in a safety-sensitive environment, or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in a safety-sensitive environment with increasing leadership responsibilities; 2+ years of people leadership required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and leadership with the ability to influence without direct authority. Proficiency in CMMS/Inventory systems, G Suite, and maintenance best practices (planning, scheduling, execution, feedback). Mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals; knowledge of vibration analysis and laser alignment preferred; budgeting/financial acumen. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, P&IDs; strong teamwork and talent development abilities. Preferred

Direct management in high-volume manufacturing or continuous process environments; CMMS (Maximo) experience. Willingness to relocate for career progression. Physical Demands & Working Conditions
