Business Development Representative (BDR) – SaaS | Hybrid | New York, NY

This is a unique opportunity to join as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a critical role in building out the sales development function. You’ll work directly with the CRO, master your pitch, and prospect into industry-leading firms across verticals including Digital Agencies, Software Developers, Consultants, and Startups.

What You’ll Do
Drive outbound prospecting, convert inbound leads, and set up qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
Develop a deep understanding of industry verticals and create tailored outreach strategies.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to target the right accounts and run data-driven campaigns.
Confidently deliver cold calls, personalized messaging, and impactful presentations.
Document and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce to ensure strong lead management.
Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly goals and objectives.
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of professional sales experience (1+ in SaaS preferred).
Competitive, self‑motivated, and resilient mindset.
Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
