What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own and evolve the Customer Success technology ecosystem, focusing on Gainsight and collaborating across various platforms
Design business rules that analyze customer data to drive proactive engagement from the customer success team
Manage integration builds and ensure smooth deployment of new technologies or processes
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and maintain reliable data flows
Champion data quality and governance, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement of processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of experience administering Gainsight or equivalent Customer Success platforms
Proven experience supporting Customer Success or Post‑Sales operations in a SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills to guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions
Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing tools like JIRA for workload management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) administration or similar systems
Familiarity with post‑sales tools such as Gong or Matik
Strong documentation skills using Confluence or similar tools
Ability to balance short‑term execution with long‑term system scalability
Passion for process improvement and building systems that enhance customer outcomes
