Engage and empower customers to fully leverage the platform and achieve their desired business outcomes Drive the Client Engagement Model to ensure mutual success for customers and the organization Manage customer accounts throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal Use tools to track and report on customer experience, health, and product utilization Make strategic recommendations based on insights to ensure customer satisfaction and success What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree Proven experience in customer success or a related field, such as sales or consulting Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior technology leaders Understanding of the software development life cycle and related workflows Ability to travel 25–50% as needed How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
