If you're a self-starter with a winner's mindset, we want to hear from you. The Business Development Rep (BDR) is part of a dynamic team that helps Racket's clients enter a new phase of growth. The BDR will be an individual contributor responsible for generating leads, setting demos, and appointments for their prospective clients. The ideal BDR has a strong understanding of the sales process to successfully research new leads, contact prospects via multiple channels, and develop new relationships. This person should also be a quick learner with strong communication skills that is able to showcase our product line in a confident and compelling way. This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US. This is WHAT you do

Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. This is HOW you do it

Utilize cold calls, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities. Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate uses of our tool set to solve those problems. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives. Report to sales manager with weekly results. This is what you MUST have

Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization. Strong confidence and the ability to accept rejection. Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least two years of relevant work experience. Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas. Proficiency with CRM software. Familiarity with ERP’s and manufacturing. Opportunities and Benefits:
