We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual CSR I to join our Loan Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their mortgage-related needs are met. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and/or insurance and be familiar with mortgage terminology. In This Role, You Will
Provide timely, effective, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues with precision and care Assist with the administration of single-family home loans, ensuring accurate and efficient responses Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication Other job duties as assigned Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in Spanish preferred Why Work with Us?
