Customer Support Specialist
We at Idaho Housing and Finance Association are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide front-line support by responding to customer inquiries, processing routine loan servicing requests, and maintaining accurate records. This role plays a key part in delivering timely, professional service while supporting overall departmental efficiency.
In This Role, You Will
Respond to customer inquiries related to ACH payments, payoffs, VOMs, reconveyances, and other servicing requests.
Process loan servicing transactions in accordance with RESPA guidelines and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer service.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of customer service or loan servicing experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
Proficiency with standard office technology and customer service systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – an advantage.
